The twin room was spacious and cosy with an excellent view. A coffee maker and a refrigerator were a plus. The staff was amicable and accommodating. It had great location an easy walk to Promenade. The bus stop was 300 metres away...

Appreciated our stay, and recommend the hotel. We were moved to an a twin room with an excellent view. The location was particularly good and unbeatable - ease of access to V-Mall. Besides, it was adjacent to convenience stores, malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and the shopping centre, where there's plenty to eat and drink.

I almost thought about giving a nice review. But then i remembered the hair in the shower and the fact that i had to wait 5 minutes for food only to find out room service ended at 8:30. I even expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but got nothing. Just a dissapointing experience all around.

The room was clean and cozy, and I appreciated the presence of multiple water stations on each floor, promoting an eco-friendly environment. The gym and pool were excellent amenities too.
Breakfast options could be improved.
